After waiting in a lot this weekend for the tropical storm Gaemi to come down and flood Bangkok (thankfully it didn't) I bravely ventured out to a temple that I've totally managed to miss when I went to the Grand Palace.

Wat Pho is right next to the Grand Palace and has the world's largest reclining Buddha in it. How I missed it I'll never know.
Determined to make up for this oversight I got a BTS and Boat over there Pronto and met "the big fella".
